Post Booty Workout Bites

So you've just done a kick ass workout and you are HANGRY! Try my favorite easy post workout recipes.

I'm Blue Da Ba De Da Ba Dye Smoothie

1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 a frozen banana

1 tbsp of natural peanut butter

Blend together. You can sub out the peanut butter for almond butter if you are feeling wild.

My Big Fat Greek.... Yogurt

1 cup of plain Greek yogurt

1 tbsp of nuts (sunflower seeds, pecans, sliced almonds)

1 tbsp of pomegranate

1/2 a kiwi

Mix together in a bowl. This is awesome for on-the-go if you put it in a mason jar. Put the nuts on top so they don't soggy.


2 eggs overeasy

5 asparagus steamed

1 slice of organic spelt bread

1/2 tomato

Franks hot sauce (if you like things spicy)

Toast the bread, top with asparagus, eggs, tomato and hot sauce.
