3 Ways to No Bake Oat Balls

Hey There! It's been a hot minute. I'm back with my favourite easy no-bake oat balls recipes. Perfect for post-workout, a mid day snack or a little apres dinner treat. Happy no-baking!



Base

Mix 3 cups of oats, 1/2 cup of organic honey, and 1 cup of organic smooth peanut butter (you can also use other types of nut butters but be mindful of the change in consistency.) *makes 18-22 bite size balls.

Afternoon Delight

These babies are my favourite when you need an afternoon pick me up!

1 cup of shredded coconut

2/3 cup of 70% or higher dark chocolate chips (if you can't find dark chocolate chips you can crush up a dark chocolate bar)

Base mixture

Directions: Combine base and ingredients listed above in a large bowl. Wet hands and roll mixture into golf size balls. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.


Greek Goddess

Delicious post-workout due to higher sugar content.

2/3 cup of organic dried blueberries (no sugar added)

2/3 cup of greek yogurt chips (bulk barn)

Directions: Combine base and ingredients listed above in a large bowl. Wet hands and roll mixture into golf size balls. Store in the freezer in an airtight container.


Cran-nut Crazy

Higher in fat, these little bites are perfect on-the-go to keep you full!

1 cup of chopped walnuts

2/3 cup of dried cranberries (no sugar added)

2/3 cup of shredded coconut
