5:15pm - 50 min Upper Body
8:15am - 50 min Lower Body & Cardio
12pm - 30 min Core Pilates
5:15pm - 50 min Arms & Abs
9:30am - 50 min Full Body Fridays

**Recordings are provided to all challenge members once the class is complete and can be accessed anytime over the 4 weeks.
***In addition to the live classes and their recordings, there will also be Stretch & Mobility, Core Pilates and 30 minute Cardio recordings available on demand over the course of the challenge.
